Issue:

Information on the process for assigning a Hub to a Contract in BIM 360 Team (formerly A360 Team).

This can be used when assigning new, or additionally purchased contracts to a BIM 360 Team hub.

Solution:

The steps to assign a BIM 360 Team Hub to a subscription contract are as follows:

Note: Multiple contracts can be assigned to one hub either to transition to a new contract with different terms or to add access through a new subscription.

Sign in to the BIM 360 Team Contract Assignment page as the Contract Manager of the BIM 360 Team/Collaborate Pro (formerly BIM 360 Design) contract.

Note:

The Contract Manager must have a seat for the product assigned or BIM 360 Team will not be on the Products and Services page.
The contract can take up to four hours to appear in the Products and Services page.

From this page, the purchased contract can be assigned to the respective BIM 360 Team hub by entering the URL of the existing Hub (1st radio button), or by signing into Team which will create a Hub (2nd radio button).

Note: If no hub is created, choose to sign in and create a Hub, select the "Assign to this hub" button in the banner of the newly created Hub.

Once the contract is assigned to a Team hub, the "Contract Listing" page will show the details of the contract along with the Hub to which the contract has been assigned.
