Issue:

A contract has been assigned to one of multiple BIM 360 Team hubs owned by the user. When signing into the hub it is still a Trial.

Causes:

Contract may have been assigned to a different hub than the default hub, therefore when you sign in you are still viewing a trial hub.

Solution:

To set the hub under contract to default:
  1. Check which of your multiple hubs has the contract assigned;
  2. Change the Contracted hub to be the default hub, to do this...
    • Go to the profile menu in the top right of the screen (it will display your initials or a profile image)
    • From the profile menu drop down select 'Settings'
    • Under Default Hub you will see all of the Hubs which you are a part of, select the Hub which you would like to be the default hub by pressing the 'Set Default' button.
  3. Once the contracted Hub is set as default the next time you sign in to BIM 360 Team you will open directly into the contracted Hub.

See Also:

To check if you have any Contract to be assigned, visit the A360 Contracts web page.  This page is designed to let you know if there are any contracts available to assign based on the user who is logged in.

A contract can only be assigned to one Hub - If you are actively using multiple Hubs, each will need to have a contract associated.
