To decide which tool to use with Revit Cloud Worksharing, consider the following:
Using Revit Cloud Worksharing
To collaborate on a Revit model in the cloud, you must upload the model to
BIM 360 Document Management or to
BIM 360 Team. During the upload process, the following events occur:
- If the model does not yet have worksharing enabled, worksharing is automatically enabled, the
Revit model is uploaded to the
BIM 360 project, and a locally-cached version is created on your computer.
- If the model is already workshared, the
Revit model is uploaded to the
BIM 360 project, and a locally-cached version is created on your computer.
