To Add or Edit Stamping Symbols (GOST Standard)

Add stamping symbol annotations to the drawing. The marking symbol is represented by a reference to technical requirements. The reference appears in a triangle accompanied by marking content and method annotation.

Add stamping symbols in GOST drawings

  1. On the ribbon, click Annotate (ESKD) tabSymbols panelStamping Symbol . A plus (+) sign and a box appear beside the cursor.
  2. In the graphic window, click the location on the drawing where you want to add the symbol.
  3. Move the cursor to a different location. A leader line extends from the target to the cursor.
  4. Click to set a point.
  5. In the Content and Technique section, click the down-arrows beside each field to select the appropriate stamping contents.
  6. In the Technique field (the bottom field in the Content and Technique section), type the text to appear on the leader line. The Leader-based Text field is automatically updated with the proper annotations.
  7. In the Technical Requirements field, add the technical requirements text.
  8. Click OK to add the symbol to the drawing.

Edit or delete marking symbols

  1. To edit, double-click the symbol to launch the dialog box, or right-click to display a context menu and select the edit option.
  2. To delete, click the symbol to highlight and press Delete.
