The following message is displayed in Fusion:

ImportError: DLL loaded failed [...]


Python error message in Fusion

 
This can occur when:
  • Launching.
  • Closing.
  • Installing / uninstalling.
  • Updating.
  • After a software crash.

Solution:

Reset and Repair Fusion

Disable Hydravision for ATI/AMD graphics card

  1. Go to the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Choose "Programs and Features".
  3. Run the AMD Install Manager.
  4. Disable or uninstall the component "Hydravision".

Ensure the network is configured for Fusion
