Issue:

How to rotate sketched text in Fusion 360.

Solution:

To rotate sketched text, perform the following: 
  1. Double click on the sketched text to open the Edit Text dialogue.
  2. Click on the rotation icon. 
  3. Drag the icon to rotate the text, or enter the degree number in the dialogue that appears.
