Flipping the contour selection in Fusion 360

Issue:

After selecting a sketch contour for various toolpaths, such as 2D adaptive in Fusion 360, the pocket selection is opposite of what is desired. 

Causes:

The contour selection is reversed. 

Solution:

Flip the contour selection but using the contour selection arrow.
  • Right click on the desired toolpath and select Edit.
  • Select the Geometry Tab.
  • Click on the red arrow that appears along the contour.
