You can now set Portable Network Graphics (PNG) compression level in Media Export.
You can now export Sony XAVC Intra and LongGOP codec profile as QuickTime Movie files. You can encode content as h.264 using the following XAVC codec profiles:
QuickTime files encoded with XAVC HD/4K Long GOP are supported on most media players. XAVC Intra might require additional professional codec pack on macOS and Windows.
You can now set the DWAA / DWAB compression levels in Lustre. Ranges go from 1 to 999. Default value is 45, and matches the value implcitly set inprevious releases.
You can now import Avid DNxUncompressed media in MXF files. DNxUncompressed is a high quality format used for finishing, and just like Avid DNxHR, DNxUncompressed is not resolution constrained. It is available in YCbCr and RGB format.

The import pipeline now uses the GPU to decode SonyRAW / X-OCN, providing faster decoding and improved playback performance on all Flame Family products.
RED media files support is updated and fixes some issues with Komodo clips. This update also includes a new colour decision list option for IPP2 colour science. This option allows you to disable the CDL.
When you set Colour Science > IPP2, the new CDL option appears in the Options Category box. From the CDL menu, you can select how to use the CDL:

Support for multiple Dolby Vision eCMU. You can now connect to multiple external Content Mapping Unit (eCMU) when working in HDR mode.
Shapes displayed from anywhere. You can now display shapes outside the Secondaries menu. In the User settings (Tools menu / Colour Isolation Options), enable Show Shapes option to display the shapes outside of the Secondaries menu. This option is disabled by default.
New user settings control the display of Secondaries Shapes outside the Secondaries menu.
Updated eCMU support. Support for Dolby Vision eCMU 3.0.3. The update contains bug fixes for SDI audio from the eCMU.

Lustre now supports 6G/12G SDI Preview on AJA KONA 5.
To enable 6G or 12G:
Display the Project Management (Project>Engineering) or the Editing>Playout menu.
Select 1.5G, 3G, or 6G/12G then the desired timing to program the AJA card. 6G or 12G is automatically selected based on the selected timing:
6G for UHDTV/4K DCI (10-bit 4:2:2 up to 30p)

If your content contains Letterbox, you need to ensure the Letterbox area is not affected by the Dolby Vision CM Analysis and Trims.
To do so, follow the example below, based on a 1920x1080 1.777 sequence with 1920x1080 2.35 Letterbox content):
Connect Lustre's AJA output to the Dolby CMU.
Create a Cut / Grade and HDR Grade.
In Render / Resize, apply a Crop matching the content ratio (i.e. 2.40).
Select the deliverable resolution and enable Size.
Enable HDR View (H View).
In Colour/DCM, select all shots with a Letterbox.
Analyse the content.
Save your HDR Grade file.
Disable Render/Resize.
Modify the CM Trim value.
The Area located outside the active image will not be affected.
Lustre 2020 version supports the new AJA 15 drivers. You need to install DKU 14.0.0 to have access to the new drivers. AJA 15 introduces support for the new AJA Kona 5 card for all certified platforms listed on the system requirements page.
You can now set the size of the Storyboard Thumbnails, in both regular and large Storyboard views.
In Project Management, you can define the Thumbnails Size from 1x to 8x (low to high quality).
The thumbnails are grade-based: when it creates a new grade, Lustre generates the thumbnails using the size defined in Project Management.
A new control, located to the left of the Viewing Size control, changes the size of the Storyboard Thumbnails.
You define the default size of the Storyboard thumbnails: Shift+click the Storyboard Thumbnail Size field, under the playback controls.
The Lustre Second Screen uses the same thumbnails as the Storyboard.

Export Sony XAVC as Rec.2020. When you export media as Sony XAVC in an MXF container, you can now set the colour space to Rec.2020. This data is also read when importing media files.
Viewing Size enhancement. You can now set the default viewer value using Shift+click in the Viewing Size value field. This sets the default value for when you Ctrl+click the Viewer Size value field. The Viewer Size can be now be set to 1/1000th of a step.
Improved playback. Improved Print View playback performance in UHDTV 59.94/60 fps projects with AJA SDI Preview enabled.
