Generate a log of all documents from a given folder or subfolder and send it by email as an Excel spreadsheet.
The document log includes the relative path to the folder and folder name, exported documents, version information, details of the last update and upload operations, set name, custom attribute, and document description.
Generate a document log containing documents from a given folder and send the exported file via email.
Select a folder or subfolder for which you want to export a log.
In the top right, click Document log.
In the dialog box that opens, choose between exporting the log for:
Click Export.
You will receive an email containing an .xlsx file.
