Visual Workflow: Set Up BIM Collaborate Pro

Note: This visual workflow is intended for Revit Workflows. Many of the initial steps also apply to Civil 3D workflows, but the primary focus is for Revit users. Refer to the Get Started with BIM Collaborate Pro and Collaboration for Civil 3D topics for help setting up Civil 3D workflows.

Users of BIM Collaborate Pro have many ways to collaborate and share data. Depending on the preferences of your team, there are different steps required to set up BIM Collaborate Pro for your project. The workflow map below outlines the different steps required to complete this setup for users of Revit 2018.3 or later.

Your team isn't limited to any one way of working. Rather, the swimlanes in the workflow indicate the steps needed to set up a particular way of working.
