Issue:

User reported that AutoCAD frequently crashes or freezes on Windows computers with Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics device. A prompt to send an error report may be displayed.
  • The bottom of the screen may be blocked out or missing. 

Environment:

Intel Graphics Driver versions including but not limited to:
  • 27.20.100.8935
  • 27.20.100.8729
