Issue:

How does the option file MAX BORROW HOURS & BORROW LOWWATER work, and how should it appear in a product view?

Check the Network license file from License Parser website, to obtain the actual product feature code:
license parser website

For example:
When using a five seat AutoCAD license, there is a requirement for only 2 seats, and license borrowing is allowed with a borrow limit of 10 days.
The AutoCAD license is a multi user subscription type, feature code is 643000ACD_T_F.

The command should be:
------------------------------------------------------------
BORROW_LOWWATER 64300ACD_T_F 3
MAX_BORROW_HOURS 64300ACD_T_F 240
-------------------------------------------------------------

The borrow value is to restrict how many licenses cannot be borrowed out.
The Max borrow hours value shown is in hours and the minimum is 24.

Solution:

Here is a practical example.

The AutoCAD 2016 maximum borrow time is 48 hours.

A reread of the license file will load up the new option file.
