Issue:

How many times can a Perpetual license be activated, e.g.: a user has a computer in the main office, another in the site office, a laptop and a home computer.

Solution:

As per the Autodesk License & Services Agreement, if acquiring a Perpetual Single-user or Multi-seat Single-user Commercial Version Licenses you may, for each permitted number of copies of the software, install and access solely within your territory, one additional copy of the software on a second computer, provided that:
  1. Such additional copy is accessed solely by the same person as with the primary copy.
  2. Such person is a licensee (if Licensee is an individual), or an employee of the licensee company
  3. Such person accesses the additional copy solely to perform work while away from his usual work location and solely for the licensee’s internal business needs.
  4. The primary and additional copies are not accessed at the same time.
