How to publish multiple drawings (Batch plot) to PDF in AutoCAD Products.

Solution:

Use Batch Plot to publish multiple sheets or drawings to PDF files at once. It can also be used for publishing to a plotter, printer, or DWF. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Application menu > Print > Batch Plot

2. Set Publish to: to a desired output (for example, PDF or Plotter named in page setup).

3. Click Add Sheets to add drawings or Remove Sheets to delete selected drawings.

4. Set any necessary options accordingly.

5. Click Publish.

Note: Verify that plot settings are preconfigured for all layouts in Page Setup Manager for use with the Publish to: Plotter named in page setup option (see To Create a Named Page Setup).
