These release notes contain important information regarding the installation and contents of the Update.

Important - The AutoCAD 2021.1.4 Update contains the previously released updates for AutoCAD 2021.

What's New in AutoCAD 2021.1

Applying Updates

AutoCAD Updates can be applied to AutoCAD including specialized toolsets installed as standalone apps as well as Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Advance Steel. You can install the AutoCAD update in addition to any applicable updates for the products and their included services listed below.

AutoCAD Architecture 2021 toolset
AutoCAD Electrical 2021 toolset
AutoCAD Map 3D 2021 toolset
AutoCAD Mechanical 2021 toolset
AutoCAD MEP 2021 toolset
AutoCAD Plant 3D 2021 toolset
Autodesk Advance Steel 2021
Autodesk Civil 3D 2021

After applying this latest patch, the Product Version in the About box will be listed as R.182.0.0 AutoCAD 2021.1.4. For specialized toolsets, Autodesk Civil 3D, or Autodesk Advance Steel, the Built On version will be listed as R.182.0.0 AutoCAD 2021.1.4.

Note: Installing this Update only to AutoCAD Electrical 2021 may cause the Publish to PDF feature to fail. To prevent this issue, make sure to install both AutoCAD 2021.1.4 and AutoCAD Electrical 2021.0.2 updates.

Available Updates

Uninstall This Update

Windows 8.1 / Windows 10

Click Start and then Control Panel.
Click Programs.
Click Programs and Features.
In the left pane in the Programs and Features window, click View Installed Updates.
Find the appropriate update in the list of updates. Click Uninstall.
