To Set PDF Publishing Options for Sheet Sets

  1. Click View tab Palettes panel Sheet Set Manager. Find
  2. In the Sheet Set Manager, Sheet List tab, select the sheet set to publish.
  3. Click the Publish button. Click Sheet Set PDF Publish Options.
  4. In the Sheet Set PDF Publish Options dialog box;
    1. In the Location box, specify the folder in which the PDF file is saved.
    2. To generate a single multi-paged PDF file, select Multi-sheet File. To generate one PDF file per sheet, clear the check box.
    3. In the Quality section specify the resolution of the vector and raster images. If the PDF file is intended for printing from a viewer, select a resolution to match the output of the plotter or printer. If the PDF file is intended for on-screen viewing, select a value above 2400 dpi.
    4. To enable turning layers on or off in the PDF file, select Include Layer Information.
    5. To retain existing hyperlinks in the PDF file and convert sheet set links into hyperlinks, select Include Hyperlinks.
    6. To display links to sheets and named views in the bookmarks panel of the PDF viewer, select Create Bookmarks for Sheets and Views.
    7. In the Font Handling section, select Capture Fonts Used in Drawing to embed fonts with the PDF file. Alternatively, you can select Convert All Text to Geometry to ensure optimal visual fidelity.
      Note: If you don't select any of these check boxes, the PDF viewer displays text using a substitute font in place of any unsupported fonts.
  5. Click OK. The settings are saved to the sheet set
