Sets the color of the glowing highlighting effect on object selection.

Valid values are from 1 to 255 (AutoCAD Color Index (ACI) colors).

Note: The SELECTIONEFFECTCOLOR system variable only applies when SELECTIONEFFECT is set to 1.
