In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released Service Pack 2 for Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2016, which fixes or addresses a variety of issues pertaining to the program. This file highlights how to install the service pack and what has been fixed.

To install Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2016 SP2:
To verify the installation was successful, start Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2016. Near the right end of the title bar, click the down-arrow next to the question mark icon to access the Help drop-down menu. Then, select About. If the About window displays: Build 2016.02.00.nnnn, the installation was successful.
