In our continuing efforts to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released Update 2 for Inventor 2014 Service Pack 2 which addresses multiple issues (see Description below). This Update is cumulative, previous Updates are not prerequisites (See respective readme files for detail of issues addressed).
This document contains the latest information regarding the installation and use of this update. It is strongly recommended that you read this entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, you should save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.

1518-703: The model displays too brightly after migrating the customized lighting styles to the Inventor default styles.
1517-471: Moment of Inertia is calculated to negative value if modifying the Mass value manually.
1518-347: Feature creation becomes unresponsive after open and close component multiple times during a single Inventor session.
1518-402: Drawing section view becomes corrupt after update.
1507-142: Unexpected exit in XLayerExternalResolver::ResolveFile() when running VBA.
1517-349: Unexpected exit when updating second derive part after deleting the geometry in sketch block within base part.
1518-794: Unexpected exit when working with part file in non-English version.
General stability enhancements
For application of this update, your system must have Inventor from one of the following products installed:
This update is available in 32bit and 64bit versions (downloaded together as one bundle) and is only applicable to Autodesk Inventor 2014 Service Pack 2. If you do not have Service Pack 2 please download and install prior to installing this Update. For installation on Windows 8.1 OS please read Technical Solution TS22238097. Once installed, it will appear as an update under Add/Remove Programs and can be uninstalled from there.
