Request Boxed Software for Other Languages
Most Autodesk software is available in multiple languages from a single installation file. These products allow you to choose your language during installation and no additional software is required. Please check the installer file for your current software to see if additional languages are included.
Download Full Installer Files: Autodesk subscribers can also download versions available in specific languages directly from Autodesk Account.

If you need a physical copy of your Autodesk software (e.g., CD, DVD, or USB) in a specific language that isn't already included in your current version for the licenses you subscribe to, you can send us a request following the instructions below.
Two Things to Know Before Trying Language Exchange:- You will need to use the product in the country in which you registered your license. This is so that you maintain your compliance with the license you purchased.
- When we release a new version of the product, it will be made available to you in the language you purchased originally. If you choose to upgrade, you'll need to download and install your software in the language desired.
To request a physical copy of your subscription software in a different language:
- Sign in to your Autodesk Account:
- Click question mark icon and select "View my support
cases" from the drop-down menu.
- Select Other from the Create Case tab on the
Customer Service & Support page.
- Select options that match your currently licensed software version from the drop-down menu choices under Product Information.
- Select the associated Account under Case Information and
provide the following information in the open text fields:
- Subject: Boxed Software Needed for Language Exchange
- Description: Current version Serial Number, language requested,and complete shipping address.
- Click Submit to send your request.
Note: Your request will be handled usually within one business day. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
