Request Boxed Software in Autodesk Account
Software Coordinators and Contract Managers for maintenance plans can request product media (CD, DVD, or USB, depending on the product) through Autodesk Account for current versions.
Note: This option is only available for customers with a maintenance plan. Subscription customers must order product media from an authorized reseller.

To request product media for the current software version:
- Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
- Locate the software title with an active maintenance plan and click the menu icon.
- Select Get a physical copy from the pull-down
menu.

Note: Only administrators, such as Software Coordinators and Contract Managers, can see the More actions link. If you do not see the option, contact your Software Coordinator or Contract Manager.
- Select from the products available and complete the requested shipping information.
- Click Next Step after you complete the form to
review your order.
Note: The button becomes active after you enter the required product and shipping information. - Click Go to Checkout to proceed to the cart checkout.
- Click Proceed to Secure Checkout after reviewing your order in the cart.
- Enter the requested payment and billing information and click Review Order when finished.
- Click Place your order to complete your purchase.
After submitting your order, a Thank You page displays your order details, and you can print a copy of your final invoice. A copy of your order information will also be sent to the email address on your Autodesk Account.
Note: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery when you select a standard ground shipping method.
