Use Install Now Method for Autodesk Account
The Install Now method automates the process of downloading, extracting and installing software on a single computer.
Why should I use Install Now?
Download and install times are reduced as the process decompresses product files while the download is in progress. For subscription customers, Install Now automatically applies the assigned serial number and activates your software.
Keep these things in mind:

Not always available: Install Now may not be available for all products and operating systems. If this download method is not offered when you sign in to your Autodesk Account, use an alternate download method. If you encounter errors, use another Web browser or download method.

Not for network installation: Files downloaded using the Install Now method cannot be used for additional installations on other computers. If you need to install on a network or create a multi-user deployment, download your software using Download Now or Browser Download.

Component installation failure: You may need to completely uninstall all previous versions before attempting to install a new version. A message that some software components were not installed is often due to software conflicts on your computer and not because the components were not downloaded.
To download and install software using Install Now:
- Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
Access account management - Locate your product in the list of Products &
Services and click the download icon. For industry
collections or AutoCAD - including specialized toolsets, click the
menu icon and select View all items to see
individual product downloads.

- Select the Version, Platform,
and Language on the download window.
For Windows systems, 32-bit or 64-bit refers to your operating system platform, which you can verify by going to Control Panel > System.
- Click Install Now to start the download and
installation process. If Install Now is not the default download
method, click the View All link and select
Install Now. Install Now may not be available for
all products and operating systems.

Select I Accept on the License Agreement screen and click Install. If prompted to allow the app to make changes, click Yes.
Note: A "Communication Error" could indicate a problem with your browser's security settings. See: Communication Failure message during download and installation.

After the installer finishes downloading, locate the installation file by product name and launch it. It may be available at the bottom of your browser window or in your Downloads folder.

Click Install on the product installation screen. Some products offer the option of selecting the language for the installation instructions.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Note about Activation: If you are a subscription customer, Install Now may automatically activate your software. If your software does not activate automatically, see About Activation for instructions.
