Educational institution licenses automatically allow the following number of users and devices:

• Network licenses - 3,000 concurrent users, and
• Multi-seat, stand-alone licenses - 1,250 devices.

To add more than 3,000 users or 1,250 devices, contact Autodesk support as explained below.

Note: Make sure you registered the initial license through registeronce, so you don't have to activate each additional user or device. If you're not sure whether you registered the initial license, look in Autodesk Account. For instruction see Activate & Register Online.

To request additional educational institution licenses:

1. Register your initial serial number through registeronce before adding users or devices for a product.
   Note: If the serial number is not registered, you have to manually activate each additional user or device.
2. Open the online form, Education Support. Scroll down to see the fields under Email support.
   
   
3. Enter the required information.
4. In Describe your request in detail, include:
   • Serial number, and
   • The number of devices you need
