You find information about your license type and associated serial numbers (if any) in these locations, and save the information in a text file if needed:

• Find license information in your Autodesk Account
• Find license information in the product Help menu
• Save license information as a text file

Find license information in your Autodesk Account

You can monitor your current license information for each product on the Management tab in Autodesk Account. Just sign in using your Autodesk ID and click the product icon to display the information.

1. Identifies: Subscription, Perpetual, Maintenance Plan, or Education.
   Distinguishes between single-user or multi-user.
2. Identifies: Stand-alone, Network, or Autodesk ID.
3. Identifies: Serial Number / Product ID, or
   “No serial number needed – just sign in” (for Autodesk ID license type).

Find license information in the product Help menu

View detailed information about your Autodesk product license, such as the serial number, license usage type, and behavior in the product Help menu.

2017 products and later:

1. Start your software.
2. Click HelpAbout [Product Name].
   
   
3. In the About window, click Manage License…
   
   

2016 products and earlier:

1. Start your software.
2. Click HelpAbout, or About [Product Name].
3. In the About window, click Product Information or Product License Information.
