Account Management

In the new view of Autodesk Account, administrators can remove access to products and services by user, rather than by product.  Services include access to online storage, rendering, and other cloud services associated with a software title. Options vary depending on the software, refer to your software documentation for a list of available services.

Unassign Products and Services to Users

1. Sign in to your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management > By User.
   
   Note: If your screen looks different from the image below, you may be in the classic view. For more information see Assign Products and Services to Users in the Classic View.
    
2. Select each product and service to assign to the user. The number of available seats displays next to each product.
