Setting Reseller Permissions for Viewing Cases


Admins can allow your reseller to view your company’s support requests in Autodesk Account. This allows your Reseller to have read-only access to your support cases so they can provide additional solutions or training for your users.

To set your reseller viewing permissions:

  1. Sign in Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and go to the Management tab.

    Go to Autodesk Account
  2. In the upper, right-hand corner, select View my support cases from the Help menu. 
  3. Click Set View Permissions under My Reseller Permissions.
  4. Locate the contract and reseller and select "Yes" in the View Cases column. Click Save Changes when you're done.
