Setting Reseller Permissions for Viewing Cases
Admins can allow your reseller to view your company’s support requests in Autodesk Account. This allows your Reseller to have read-only access to your support cases so they can provide additional solutions or training for your users.
To set your reseller viewing permissions:
- Sign in Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and go to the
Management tab.
Go to Autodesk Account - In the upper, right-hand corner, select View my support cases from the Help menu.
- Click Set View Permissions under My Reseller Permissions.
- Locate the contract and reseller and select "Yes" in the View Cases column. Click Save Changes when you're done.
