Web Support for Subscribers and Maintenance Plan Customers


Subscribers and maintenance plan customers with support benefits can request one-on-one web support for installation, configuration, activation, registration, and troubleshooting of your Autodesk products.

 

To submit an Installation and Activation web case:

  1. Go to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/installation-activation.
  2. Select the appropriate topic.
  3. Click Email.
  4. Complete the form and click Submit. You will receive an email notification confirming your issue and a support specialist will contact you within two days.

  1. Go to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support.
  2. Select your product and version and click Next.
  3. Click Email.
  4. Complete the form and click Submit. You will receive an email notification confirming your issue and a support specialist will contact you within two days.
