Web Support for Subscribers and Maintenance Plan Customers
Subscribers and maintenance plan customers with support benefits can request one-on-one web support for installation, configuration, activation, registration, and troubleshooting of your Autodesk products.
To submit an Installation and Activation web case:
- Go to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/installation-activation.
- Select the appropriate topic.
- Click Email.
- Complete the form and click Submit. You will receive an email notification confirming your issue and a support specialist will contact you within two days.
To submit a technical support web case:
- Go to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support.
- Select your product and version and click Next.
- Click Email.
- Complete the form and click Submit. You will receive an email notification confirming your issue and a support specialist will contact you within two days.
