Phone Support for Subscribers and Maintenance Customers


To speak to an Autodesk technical support specialist, subscribers and advanced maintenance plan customers can use the Schedule a Call feature (not available for basic maintenance plan customers). An agent with the right product and language skills will call back at a time that is convenient for you.

To schedule a call:

  1. Go to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support.
  2. Select your product and version and click Next.
  3. Click Schedule a Call.
    Note: The Schedule a Call button is not active if you have not signed in. Click the Sign In button if necessary.
  4. Complete the form and click Next. You will see a calendar with the available times for an agent to call you.
  5. Select a time and click Next.
  6. Review the information for accuracy and click Schedule. You will receive an email notification confirming the time.

To cancel a call:

  • In the confirmation email, click Cancel Appointment. A link is also provided for you to reschedule if needed.

Other Phone Options
