How to contact support
Autodesk offers a number of technical support options that vary by product and subscription plan. For a full list of support options, go to https://www.autodesk.com/plans.
To contact support:
- Sign in to https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support and select your topic, or
- Sign in to Autodesk Account and click ❔ to access help and support.
Note: Enterprise Priority customers can click the Support Cases tile at the top of their Account Home page.
How to view your support cases
- Sign in to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
- Click View my support cases on the Home page.
