When you need help, Autodesk is here for you.


To open a support case

You can get help or contact support through the Autodesk Assistant. Just click the icon in the bottom right corner of your Autodesk account page or any page on the Autodesk website. If you're a student or educator, go to the Autodesk education support page.

To view and manage your support cases

To see your support cases in Autodesk account, you must be a contract manager, purchaser, or administrator assigned to your company's account. All others can track support cases via email.

 

To view and manage your support cases in Autodesk account, sign in at manage.autodesk.com/support-cases.

  • Contract managers and purchasers will see all current support cases for their company's account. They will also be able to designate others as case viewers with similar permissions.
  • All other users will see only the support cases they have created.
