Get help from Autodesk Support


When you need support, Autodesk offers several ways to get it:

  • You can get help from the Autodesk Assistant. Look for and click this icon  on the bottom right corner of your Autodesk account page or any page on the Autodesk website. 
  • You can go to the Contact Support page and choose a path to be guided to the appropriate support. 
  • If you're an enterprise priority customer, click the Support Cases tile on your Autodesk account page.
  • If you're a student or educator, go to the Autodesk education support page.

To view your support cases

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.
  2. Click View My Support Cases on your account home page.
