Remove Users in Classic User Management
In the classic view of Autodesk Account user management, only administrators can remove users. Deleting a user automatically removes their access to products and services, but it does not delete a user’s personal Autodesk Account.
Removing Admins
Contract managers and software coordinators cannot be removed until
their roles are assigned to a different user. To change your
contract manager, go to
Contract Managers, and, to change your software coordinator, go
to
Software Coordinators.
Removing a User
- Sign in to Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com and click User Management
> Classic User Management.
Note: If your screen looks different than the image below, you may be in the new view of user management. For more information see Remove Users in Autodesk Account.

- Locate the user and remove and click the "X" in the right-hand column.
- Click the Remove button to confirm. The user
is deleted as well as their access to products and services.
