Account Management

The following shows you how to transition from a stand-alone maintenance plan, a network maintenance plan, or a multi-user subscription to a single-user (named user) subscription.

1. Add users. See Add users in Autodesk Account.
2. Assign users to your subscription. See Assign users to products.
3. Update your license type to a named user subscription (only if you are transitioning from a network maintenance plan or a multi-user subscription). See Update your network license to a named user license.
4. Decommission license servers to ensure users cannot continue to access network licenses. See Uninstall the network license manager on Windows.
5. Inform your users about the new sign-in process. See Access by signing in.
