Cloud Services for Students & Educators
Cloud credits are the unit of measurement required to perform certain tasks, such as creating a rendering or running a simulation, in Autodesk® A360. Students, educators, and Autodesk-sponsored design competition mentors can access Autodesk Cloud Services when using Autodesk software downloaded from the Education Community site for educational purposes.
Autodesk is pleased to support free educational use of our software and cloud services and encourages customers with an Education entitlement to practice thoughtful consumption of cloud services to help ensure good service level provision across the user base. Customers with an Education entitlement who regularly demonstrate excessive cloud credit consumption beyond market average may face restrictions.
All Autodesk Cloud Services include the same functionality for customers using commercial or Educational licenses. If you have a valid Autodesk Account with Education benefits, you can use products obtained from the Education Community with Autodesk Cloud Services in the classroom.
See: Education Special Terms.
To access Autodesk Cloud Services as an Education Community member, you must have the following:
- An Autodesk Account with Education benefits
- An Autodesk product obtained from the Education Community website
- An Internet connection
