How to export Fusion design as DWG or DXF.

To export a model to a DWG or DXF 

  1. Open the File menu. 
  2. Click Export.

  1. Change the file type to the desired output.

  1. Click Export. 

To save a DXF file from a sketch in your design 

Right-click a sketch in the Fusion 360 browser and select Save As DXF.

Note: If your design doesn't include a sketch, the Save As DXF option is disabled.
 

To save a DWG file from a drawing 

  1. Open the 2D Drawing. 
  2. In the toolbar, navigate to the Export menu. 
  3. Click Export DWG.

Note: The saved DWG file only includes the drawing created from the working model, not the model itself.
