Analysis is Incorrectly Queued

Issue:

After clicking Solve on the Solve dialog, the "Queued" message appears in the Status bar, and the analysis does not start.

Verify that no other analyses are running using the CFD Solution Monitor:

  1. From the Start menu, click All Programs > Autodesk.
  2. Click Autodesk Simulation CFD 2012.  Or:
  • Autodesk Simulation CFD 2013
  • Simulation CFD 2014
  • Simulation CFD 2015
  1. Click CFD Solution Monitor.  Or:
  • SimCFDMonitor (2013)
  • Simulation CFD 2014 Job Monitor
  • Simulation CFD 2015 Job Monitor

If an analysis is running that is less important than the one you are trying to start, right click on it, and click "Stop job." The queued analysis should then start.

If it does not, you should reset the CFD Server Manager:

  1. From the Start menu, click All Programs > Autodesk.
  2. Click Autodesk Simulation CFD 2012. Or:
  • Autodesk Simulation CFD 2013
  • Simulation CFD 2014
  • Simulation CFD 2015
  1. Click CFD Server Manager. (For Vista and Win7 machines, Right-Click and "Run as Admin")  Or:
  • SimCFDServer (2013)
  • Simulation CFD 2014 Server Manager
  • Simulation CFD 2015 Server Manager
  1. Click Stop.
  2. Click Uninstall.
  3. Click Install.
In some rare instances a file can get stuck in queued in which case the only solution to move forward is to open the support share file and run that. <filename>_support.cfz
