About this Release
- The 2020 version of the Entertainment Creation Suite includes all products as stand-alone installations that must be installed separately. There is no ECS installer.
- The USB media of Entertainment Creation Suite includes only the Windows version of each product. You can download products on other supported platforms from accounts.autodesk.com.

Desktop Analytics Program
When using Autodesk software, you automatically allow Autodesk to collect desktop analytics data. The first time you start the application, a dialog box displays to notify you of this. To disable data collection, select Desktop Analytics and disable the check box in the dialog.
Customer Error Reports (CERs)
We are able to improve the stability of the Autodesk software products largely because of the Customer Error Reports (CERs) that users of our products submit. We thank you for taking the time to fill out these reports and ask that you include as much information as possible about what actions you were performing at the time the error occurred. These details raise the value of the report immensely and are very much appreciated. For further information, refer to the CER page.
