This hotfix applies to AutoCAD Plant 3D 2016.

3D Model (Data)

If the line number of a piping component is modified outside the project (offline edit), adding the drawing back to the project can result in the component belonging to more than one line group.

NOTE: You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft Windows operating system to complete the installation process.

1.		On the computer where the affected product is installed, close all software applications.
2.		Download autocad_plant3d_2016_pipeline_group_hotfix_64bit.zip.
3.		Open the downloaded ZIP and copy the file to the program folder. The default folder is: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2016
4.		Copy and Replace PnPDataObjects.dll. The new File Version is 7.0.49.501.
5.		Start AutoCAD Plant 3D to verify that it is running.
