Autodesk, Inc.
Thank you for downloading Autodesk Vault Data Standard 2016 Update 2.
In a continuing effort to provide new features that help streamline your
design process, Autodesk has released the Autodesk Vault Data Standard 2016 for
Autodesk Vault Workgroup 2016 and Autodesk Vault Professional 2016. Autodesk
Vault Data Standard 2016 introduces a data control feature for the Vault
Client, Inventor, and AutoCAD that lets administrators enforce the meta-data
that is included when a user creates a new file. This data control comes with a
fully customizable dialog so administrators can create fields and
entry-requirements that meet the needs of their design process.
This README file highlights how to download the Vault Data Standard, how to
install the Vault Data Standard, and discusses any known issues.
NOTE: Throughout this Readme document, references to
Vault 2016 apply to Autodesk
Vault Workgroup 2016 and Autodesk Vault
Professional 2016.
