BIOS versions & settings

  • Z820 shipped as of October, 2016: 3.90.
  • Z820 shipped after 4 December, 2013: 3.50.
  • Z820 shipped between 15 January and 4 December, 2013 is 2.08. If using the original BIOS version 1.02 and want to upgrade to version 2.08, you must first update to version 1.14, and then to 2.08.
  • Z820 shipped before January 15, 2013 is 1.14. Workstations running 1.14 do not need to upgrade to version 2.08.

Items not listed are set to their default factory settings. To access settings, press F10 while booting the workstation. Before configuring the custom Autodesk BIOS settings, it is recommended to reset all BIOS settings to factory defaults.
