Issue:

When plotting or publishing to PDF in AutoCAD 2018 (or an AutoCAD 2018-based product), text output is wrong, showing very large lettering, overlapping text, along with being shifted and rotated.

Solution:

Install the latest update for AutoCAD 2018 (see Where to get Product Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements).
