Issue:

When browsing the Revit Server SVC files or reviewing the event logs for Revit Server, you see error: Memory gates checking failed because the free memory (xxxxxx bytes) is less than 5% of total memory.

Causes:

The memory gates issue occurs when there is less than 5% available memory free and by default, the program checks for 5% free memory.

Solution:

There are two things you can do to make more memory available to Revit Server:
1. Close unnecessary processes to free up memory.
2. Increase the amount of memory available to Revit Server.
