Cannot connect to Revit Server Administrator

Issue:

After installing Revit Server, you cannot connect to the Revit Server Administrator.

Causes:

This can be caused by Secure Binding on the Default Site.

Solution:

Https binding on the Default site is not supported and will block all Revit Server functionality. 

To fix the issue, remove any https bindings listed in Default Site > Bindings.
