InfraWorks cloud service and web page is not available

Issue:

When trying to connect to https://infraworks360.autodesk.com/portal/ only a "404 Not Found!" error is displayed.
Or when trying to view a link or a model in the browser the same error appears.

Causes:

Changes to InfraWorks Services introduced with the release of InfraWorks 2019.

Solution:

Upcoming Changes to InfraWorks Services

To improve the security of your data by meeting SOC2 standards, and to conform to new EU data protection regulations, we need to make some changes to InfraWorks. To continue using analysis services, as well as web and mobile views, upgrade to InfraWorks 2019.0 as soon as it is made available on the Autodesk Desktop App.

What's changing?

On April 9, 2018 it will no longer be possible to create new watershed analyses, traffic simulations, line girder analyses, profile, and corridor optimizations with InfraWorks 2018.2 and earlier versions. Also, any existing web and mobile views will have to be recreated in InfraWorks 2019.0.

Why are we making these changes?

These changes incorporate the latest in best practices for data privacy and cloud security. This means InfraWorks complies with the European Union General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and is prepared for a security audit happening later this year.

What should you do to prepare?

Starting today, download results from previously completed line girder analyses, traffic simulations, and profile and corridor optimizations.

Download the full PDF report and ASBD-ready model from the Line Girder Analysis panel in InfraWorks.
Here's how. (No cloud credits are charged to download the full report and model.)

To download Profile and Corridor Optimizations

Download the PDF report from the Job Monitor. (Here's how to view and manage optimizations from the Job Monitor.) Alternatively, you can also find the PDF report attached to the email notification you may have received when the optimization was completed.
Save the optimization results with the model by creating a proposal with those results - here's how.

To download Traffic Simulations

Download traffic data from the Traffic Simulation panel.
