Looking for configuration, how-to, or troubleshooting support on an older Autodesk product (typically, older than the current release and 5 versions back).

Solution:

Technical support is offered to Autodesk Subscribers and Autodesk Partners for the current release and three releases back for most of the products. For more details please check: Available product versions.
