Exit Plot Preview freeze AutoCAD Map 3D or Civil 3D when an Image or WMS is connected via FDO

Issue:

Working with AutoCAD Map 3D and connect to WMS or Raster Files via FDO, the plot preview in Model or Paper Space will freeze.
Process need to be end by Windows Task Manager.
 

Causes:

FDO connection to WMS or Raster data.

Solution:

Install attached hotfix to solve the behavior with Map 3D or Civil 3D 2020.
